Unlike a traditional six-panel baseball cap, the front is formed from one main panel rather than two panels joined by a central seam.
This creates a cleaner front profile and gives us more control over the shape, structure and artwork placement.
The structure behind the front panel affects how firmly a cap holds its shape. Our caps are split into two; unstructured and semi-structured, as seen on each product page.
Made without internal reinforcement behind the front panel.
The crown feels soft and relaxed, allowing it to form naturally around your head. When the cap is not being worn, the front may fold or collapse slightly. This is intentional.
Made with a lightweight mesh reinforcement behind the front panel.
The internal mesh helps the crown hold its shape while keeping the cap softer and more wearable than a fully structured baseball cap.
It gives the front panel greater definition without creating a stiff or heavily built-up feel.
We offer two brim profiles. While the difference in length is only 1 cm, it noticeably changes the overall proportions of the cap and how it frames your face. Our shorter brim is supplied flat, while our standard brim comes pre-curved.
Our most familiar brim profile, supplied pre-curved for a classic baseball-cap silhouette.
The extra length offers greater coverage and balanced proportions that suit everyday wear.
A more compact brim profile supplied flat as standard. Removing 1 cm places greater emphasis on the crown, creating a shorter, more contemporary silhouette.
The brim can also be gently curved by hand to suit your preference.
Every cap features an adjustable rear closure, allowing you to fine-tune the fit. Depending on the style, this may be a snapback, strap and clasp, or strap and buckle. The adjustment range varies slightly between styles and is listed on each product page.
Although every cap is adjustable, not every cap fits the same. Construction, fabric and embroidery all influence how a cap sits and feels. A heavyweight cotton twill will hold its shape differently from a lightweight ripstop, while semi-structured styles offer a more defined front profile than unstructured styles.
Like most quality headwear, our caps also soften and settle over the first few wears.

No restocks are guaranteed. Each cap is produced once, in a limited run.
Yes. If your cap isn't quite right, you can return it in accordance with our returns policy. It must be unworn, in its original condition and returned with all tags attached.
