Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Sale items, gift cards, custom products, and unsealed hygiene goods are non-returnable.

To start a return, email info@asterrisk-project.com. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval (banks may take longer).
