ORDERS & PAYMENT

Everything you need to know about placing an order and checking out.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout.

  • We pride ourselves on getting your order out to you quickly, so please ensure you contact us immediately at info@asterrisk-project.com if you need to make a change. Once fulfilment has begun, we can't guarantee amendments.

  • Browse our available products, select your size, and check out. No account needed, but creating one lets you track orders and get early access notifications.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where we ship, how long it takes, and how to track your order.

  • We currently only ship to the UK, but are working towards introducing international shipping

  • We dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. From there, delivery depends on the shipping option you chose at checkout. Royal Mail Tracked 24 typically arrives the next working day, while Tracked 48 typically arrives within 2–3 working days.

  • We offer two options at checkout — Royal Mail Tracked 48 (free) and Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£3). Both include full tracking.

  • Yes. All orders ship via Royal Mail tracked service. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.

  • Check your tracking link first. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, get in touch at info@asterrisk-project.com and we'll look into it.
