Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from ASTERRISK—PROJECT. If you’re not, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds are processed once your return is received and approved. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, though banks may take longer to process. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@asterrisk-project.com.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Customers in the European Union also have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided items meet the return conditions above.
